Gin has a history that stretches back centuries, but it’s in the last couple of decades that it has become one of the world’s most beloved spirits. And yet, for most, only the tip of the iceberg is truly known. At the Peninuki gin experience, we lift the veil on the world of gin and answer the questions many don’t even know to ask.

During the session, we explore the history and styles of gin, taste a wide range of expressions, and learn what it takes to craft the perfect gin & tonic.

Beyond the classics, we also dive into gin-based cocktails that reveal the spirit from a fresh perspective.

On the distillery tour, we explore the raw ingredients and production process — gaining a clear understanding of what defines the flavour and quality of a great gin.
