How to make?

Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake vigorously. Strain the drink into a coupe glass or a lowball glass filled with ice.

Først No. 1 is the first rum to be fermented and distilled in Estonia – a milestone that marks the beginning of a new chapter in Estonian drinking culture and places Estonia firmly on the world rum map.

Crafted from organic molasses sourced from the fertile fields of Paraguay, Først No. 1 undergoes an exceptionally slow fermentation lasting up to three weeks, using Belgian saison yeast. This extended process develops a rich and complex ester profile, resulting in an aromatic and flavourful base, which is then double distilled to produce a smooth, clean, and expressive white rum.

The aroma is dominated by caramelised fruits and vanilla, accompanied by a delicate floral note. On the palate, ripe banana and caramel take centre stage, followed by a warm and full-bodied finish.
