How to make?
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake. For a richer, more voluminous foam, strain the drink and shake it again without ice. Strain the drink into a glass filled with ice. Garnish with raspberries and enjoy!
As an alternative to raw egg, you can also use aquafaba, the liquid leftover from canned chickpeas.

The Bourbon vanilla pod – used in its whole, natural form – adds a gentle sweetness and smooth roundness to the gin, without any added sugar or sweeteners.
Juniper is represented by two varieties: English juniper contributes crispness and dryness, while Estonian juniper brings softness and a more berry-like profile.
