Non-alcoholic Grapefruit Collins
ZeroGin 3cl
Corsaro bitter 3cl
Grapefruit juice 8cl
Lime juice 2cl
Sugar syrup 1cl
Sparkling water
Grapefruit slice for garnish
How to make?
Add all ingredients, except sparkling water, to a shaker and shake. Strain the drink into an ice-filled glass and top with sparkling water. Stir gently and serve with a grapefruit slice.
Zero Sin is a rich non-alcoholic distillate that takes non-alcoholic cocktail making to a new level!
The flavor profile is created by characteristic gin botanicals: juniper, cardamom, orange, lemon, and kaffir lime leaf. Ivan Chai and cinnamon build the body, and the sharpness typical of alcohol is replaced by habanero chili.
