The Dorpat Mosaic 01 is Peninuki Distillery’s first limited edition malt whisky, marking a significant milestone in our journey of shaping Estonian whisky culture.

This is the first chapter in the story of The Dorpat Single Malt whisky series, with the first whiskies of the core collection set to be released in 2028.

The whisky is made from malted barley, distilled at Peninuki Distillery, and aged in oak casks for at least three years. For this limited release, the characters of three different casks have been combined – former Bourbon, Amontillado Sherry, and Pedro Ximénez Sherry casks.

The result is a unique and multi-layered single malt whisky, where the influences of different casks meet Peninuki’s art of distillation.
