Gin Sour

Seaside Gin 4cl
Lemon juice 3cl
Sugar syrup 2cl
Triple Sec 1cl
Egg white 3cl
Garnish with lemon peel

 

How to make?

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake. For a richer, more voluminous foam, strain the drink and shake it again without ice. Strain the drink through a fine sieve into an ice-filled glass. Add lemon peel for garnish.

As an alternative to raw egg, you can also use aquafaba, the liquid leftover from canned chickpeas.
